U.S. Shipping Only
We currently only ship within the United States. Orders placed with an international address cannot be fulfilled. All orders are processed and shipped to U.S. addresses only.
Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Each item is made to order, which allows us to create high-quality products without mass production. Your item is produced specifically for you once the order is placed.
Production typically takes 4–6 business days and may take up to 10 business days during busy periods. Production cannot be expedited once an order is placed.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days and may take up to 10 business days during peak seasons such as November and December. We recommend ordering early during holiday periods.
Most orders arrive within 10–14 days from the order date, though in high-volume periods delivery may take up to 20 business days from the order date.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier volume, natural events, or other external factors are outside of our control and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or dispute.
Tracking & Notifications
A confirmation email is sent once your order is placed. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to begin displaying.
You can track your order using the tracking information provided. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to replace packages once they are marked as delivered.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We cannot modify shipping details once your order has been placed.
Orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned for reasons such as incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed status are considered undeliverable and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
