Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund according to our policy. Refunds are not provided for reasons such as size selection, color preference, order changes, or shipping delays.
Damaged or Defective Items
If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form. After we receive your message, we may follow up by email to request additional details such as:
1. A photo of the full item laid flat, taken in good lighting
2. A close-up photo of the defect or damage
3. A photo of the printed label or packing slip
4. Your order number
This information helps us verify the issue and quickly provide a solution. Requests submitted after 7 days or without the required documentation may be declined. Replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
Damage caused by normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse is not covered.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
